If you would like to sign up for Basketball and need a form, please call 229-366-1673 or go by Calhoun County Library, Pataula Charter Academy, or Calhoun County Middle to pick up a form. Cost is $30 per child and we have ages 5-14 girls and boys.

Fall programs!!!!!

We are having a wonderful baseball/softball season. Currently we are working on a co-ed softball league. If you have any interest in entering a team, or being on a team, contact Ronnie Ashley at 229-308-3025.

Coaches Meeting

There will be a coaches meeting today at 6pm at the Recreation office. Teams will be given out at that time. If you have any questions, please call 229-366-1673.

Baseball, Softball and T-ball signup

Registration begins Friday, January 15, 2010 and ends at noon on Saturday, February 6^th. No forms will be accepted without the registration fee. Please make sure that the Recreation Program has a copy of the child’s birth certificate on file.

Join us on Saturday, February 6^th, at Calhoun County High School for a Pitch, Hit and Run competition for all ball players between ages 7 and 14. This will be held at 10 am (weather permitting).

Female participants must be between the ages of 4 and 17 by January 1^st, 2010. Male participants must be between the ages of 4 and 14 by May 1^st, 2010.

The registration fee is $25.00 per person. There are no family discounts. All “out of county” participants must pay an additional fee of $5.00. A late fee of $15.00 will be added for any registration taken after February 6^th, if spots are available.

Coaches are always needed. Anyone interested in coaching should make an indication on the registration form or call the Recreation Program at 366-1673. All coaches must attend a mandatory coach’s clinic for certification. The clinic will be held on February 21^st at the Recreation Department in Early County and will cost $20.00.
